Echo Investment - a residential developer realizing its projects in many Polish cities has prepared a new offer making it possible to obtain considerable discounts upon „group" purchase of apartments.

The proposal „Cheaper in the group" is a programme which makes it possible for individual purchasers - constituting an informal group - to obtain attractive price conditions for a purchase of a chosen apartment. Discounts range between 15 to 20% and they depend on the size of the group interested in a particular investment. The novelty and the distinguishing feature of this programme is absolute „automatization" of creation of groups of clients, who - apart from declaring their will to join a group - do not have to engage themselves in any additional activities aiming at the group's enlargement.

The discount programme we created for our clients is a novelty on the market. In group programmes realized so far the interested clients had to take some steps by themselves in order to enlarge the group, de facto conducting canvassing of the given project. A client, striving for better price conditions, had to spend his time and energy on searching and convincing others to advantages of such a solution. Our programme „Cheaper in the group" omits this problem and - thanks to used electronic forms - connects all applying volunteers giving them a bigger chance to gain an attractive discount - says Ms. Iwona Dekarz, director of residential projects' sale department of Echo Investment.

The offer „Cheaper in the group" simplifies the way to obtain discounts for persons who want to buy an apartment in Warsaw. Prices may be reduced by as much as 20%, and the only thing which needs to be done is to enroll for the programme and monitor, via Internet, the progress in group's formation. This is especially convenient for foreign investors, both foreigners as well as our compatriots permanently living abroad. This is a very numerous group of our clients - in some realized projects foreigners make up even as much as 30% of occupants - says Ms. Sylwia Pajdo, the manager of the Echo Investment office of apartments' sale in Warsaw.

In the new programme of amenities, Echo Investment offers also a number of additional possibilities for its clients like, among others:
- a possibility to rent a purchased apartment from a client - consisting in the developer's renting the apartment from its owner for the period of even12 months. The offer is directed at persons buying an apartment for investment purposes, for whom the guarantee of renting the apartment will make it possible to gain income already in the first months after the purchase, and also to find a long-term lessee at ease.
- covering of operating costs during the period of decorating the premises - thanks to which the owner will not have to pay the rent for as long as 24 months, which is especially important for persons planning to make the finishing works in the apartment in a longer time perspective.
- postponement of payment for those, who sell their own apartments, which allows to obtain means for the purchase of the new apartment on a later term without a necessity to contract a credit. This is an ideal option for clients who, untill the time of finishing the new apartments, must remain in their previous accomodation.
- a possibility to finance the credit for an own contribution - which consists in granting a loan by the developer on convenient conditions, without additional procedures, allowing to decrease the amount of the loan contracted in a bank and raises the index of the client's creditworthiness.
